Holiday Planning at Colugo

As parents ourselves, we know the Holiday Season is full of anticipation, joy, sugar, and sometimes stress. We want to make your Holiday Season easier so you can focus on making memories. Here are some tips based on what we’ve learned after a year+ of navigating shipping during COVID:

  • Don’t wait to order. If you see your favorite color or product in stock, consider buying right away. Despite our best efforts, It’s been a challenge to accurately predict restock dates due to shipping delays, port congestion and container shortages.
  • Watch our social. When one of our products comes back in stock, we’ll share the happy news on our Instagram and update our website. You can also check in with our Customer Experience team at help@hicolugo.com for updates.
  • Check out our shipping timelines. We’ve updated our shipping timelines based on the delays we’ve seen this summer because of labor shortages. Read what to expect product by product here.
  • Order Deadlines for Delivery by December 24th: These dates come from FedEx so please plan ahead if you can (see the next bullet :)):
    • Order by 12pm eastern December 10th with standard shipping
    • Order by 12pm eastern on December 18th with expedited shipping
  • Plan on shipping delays. We opened our own warehouse this summer to get better control over shipping timelines. But, we still rely on 3rd party shippers, like FedEx, to get your packages to you. These carriers have been experiencing delays and, unfortunately, we can’t do anything to speed things along once your package leaves our warehouse.
